Class Descriptions :

Deep Water:  An advanced aerobic workout in deep water.  Emphasis is on
strength and endurance training.   

Deep Water Circuit:  An advanced deep water workout utilizing stations
where different exercises are performed targeting specific muscle groups. 

Water Fitness:  Moderate intensity aerobic workout performed to music
in shallow water.

Water Muscle:  A brisk toning class, isolating specific muscle groups in
shallow water.
