Stingray Swim Team 2007 Registration Instructions

Stingray Priority Registration

• For Who:  All Stingray Alumni, club members new to the program, fall Multi Aquatic Sports Camp, and current Winter Clinic Swimmers I & II.
• What For: To secure a spot on the team for your swimmer and ensure priority job selection for the parents.
• When:  January 2-31, 2007
• Where:  Log onto Stingray web site, www.meridiansportsclubs.com/Stingrays
• Follow these Registration Instructions: 

1. Download and read the following forms and pages; 1) Swim Team mission statement/Parent Participation, 2) Tadpole Program (if your swimmer is 4-6 years old), 3) Swim Team Registration, 4 & 5) Program Registration Forms (4 and 5), 6) Parent Obligations, and 7) Calendar.
2. Fill out completely all forms 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. Fax 415-898-0659, mail, or deliver to Winnifred Comfort, Aquatics Director, at Rolling Hills Club. Forms will be processed in order that they are received.
3. You will receive an e-mail confirming your child’s registration and your parent jobs

Stingray Open Registration

• For Who: All swimmers that qualified for and missed Priority Registration and all new Non-Members.
• For What:  To join the Stingray Swim Team
• When:  February 11, 2-5pm
• Where:  Meridian Sports Club Rolling Hills, 351 San Andreas Drive, Novato
• Follow Registration Instructions for that day, using the same forms as Priority Registration.
