In addition to the potluck, there will be several spirit activities, including sign-making, tattoos and a pep rally!

If your last name starts with 'A'-'M', bring pasta or other main dish; if your last name starts with 'N'-'Z', bring a salad, fruit or a side dish. Dessert and drinks will be provided. No sign-up required.

On that Friday, May 16, Coach Lou will be reducing the length of practice for the last practices only:

• Experienced 9/10s and new 11/12s will practice from 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
• Experienced 11 and ups will practice from 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm.

Last week, the coaches handed out Goal Sheets to swimmers at practice. All swimmers ages 9 and up should complete the form and return it to Coach Lou no later than Friday, May 16.
